How-to of making beer - from brewing to bottling.
The purpose of this course is to provide the participants with a good theoreticalknowledge of the beer making process and all of its components. This course is for anyone who would like to to start brewing beer at home or for those who have already made beer (either from kits or all-grain) but would like a better understanding of the concepts and/or who would want to venture into making more complex recipes.
