Shipping
If an order is placed on:
Tuesdays to Fridays: Orders will be filled and shipped on the same business week day, if received before noon. If not, then it will be shipped on the next business week day.
Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays: Orders will be filled and shipped on the next Tuesday.
Pick-up in store
If an order is received before noon, Tuesdays to Saturdays, and is for a pick-up at the store: The order will be ready to pick-up in 4 hours
(after store opening of 10 a.m.).
If an order is received after noon and is for a pick-up at the store: The order will be ready to pick-up after 12 p.m. on the next day,
except on Sundays, Mondays and Holidays when the store is closed.
Please note:
If we are unable to fulfill the order in the time frame mentioned above due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Back orders
We will contact you as soon as possible if an item that you have ordered is not currently available.
ReturnsAn item may be returned for a refund,
with prior approval from La Cachette du Bootlegger, within 30 days of purchase.
If item is defective:
Shipping cost for the return will be assumed by La Cachette du Bootlegger and a shipping label will be sent to the buyer.
If buyer error or change of mind:
Shipping cost for the return will be assumed by the buyer and shipping will also be arranged by the buyer.
A product may also be returned to the store in person, within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
Product reviews
Reviews will not be modified and will be published as is. However, we reserve the right to remove a review if it is not related to the product in question,
if it is not helpful, if it contains obscenities, swearing or is derogatory, if it contains URLs, or if a review is done in bad faith.
