Dextrose 230 g (8 oz)

Dextrose is sugar derived from corn and is also known as glucose in its liquid form. It is a simple sugar that is easily converted by the yeast into alcohol and carbon dioxide and is also easy to dissolve. 230 g is the amount recommended for bottling 23 litres of beer (bottling sugar).
