Potassium Metabisulphite 50 g

It is widely used in winemaking. It effectively kills wild yeast and bacteria. This agent helps clear the way for your yeast to do its job. Sulphites also aid in inhibiting enzymatic browning in white wines and improves flavour and stability in all wines. Dosage: 1/4 teaspoon per 19 to 23 liters (5 to 6 U.S. gallons). Can also be used as a sanitizer when making wine (use 50 g in 4 liters of water).
