This yeast supports a wide range of fermentation temperatures, 25 - 40°C (77 - 104°F), with an optimal range of 35 - 40°C (95 - 104°F). Full attenuation is typically achieved within 2 to 3 days when used within the optimal temperature range. The flavour profile is consistent across the entire temperature range: neutral with subtle notes of orange and citrus. Flocculation is very high producing clear beers without the use of clearing agents.
